Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Invio (the “Service”) at useinvio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aayla Secura LLC, doing business as Sarvixo (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes — creating, managing, and sending invoices and related documents. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the Service or any portion of it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive invoices or documents.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written consent.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation.

4. Subscription, Payment & Refunds

Invio offers a free tier as well as paid plans (“Pro” and “Lifetime”) and pay-as-you-go credit packs. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or one-time basis. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on our behalf. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

Refund policy. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on monthly Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at ryan@sarvixo.co for a full refund. Credit packs and Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued.

5. Your Content

“Your Content” means any invoices, estimates, receipts, client information, business details, logos, and other data you enter into or generate using the Service. You retain all ownership rights to Your Content.

By using the Service you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not sell Your Content or use it to train machine-learning models. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, templates, text, graphics, and other materials (excluding Your Content), is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. The “Invio” and “Sarvixo” names and logos are trademarks of Aayla Secura LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AAYLA SECURA LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
