This Privacy Policy describes how Aayla Secura LLC, doing business as Sarvixo (“we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use Invio (the “Service”) at useinvio.com. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your name. We use this to authenticate you, deliver account-related communications, and provide customer support.

Invoice and business data

The invoices, estimates, receipts, and other documents you create contain information you enter yourself — your business name, address, logo, client names and contact details, line items, and amounts. This data belongs to you. We store it to power the Service and do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Payment information

Payments for paid plans are processed by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. We do not collect or store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details — Stripe handles these directly under their own Privacy Policy. We may receive and store a payment method summary (e.g., last four digits, card brand, expiry) from Stripe for billing and support purposes.

Usage and analytics data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. This helps us improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function. Analytics cookies may be disabled by adjusting your browser settings; doing so may affect some Service functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
• Analytics providers — aggregated, anonymized usage statistics.

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable privacy law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or any other purpose.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and documents for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Your Data Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (right to erasure).
• Request a portable copy of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

These include encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
